Cheryl started her musical journey at an early age as a percussionist. After trying various woodwind instruments just for fun, the saxophone appealed to her, so she decided to pursue it.

Since then, Cheryl has played in various types of bands, including a concert band, big band, marching band and a party band. She has also played in musical theatre pit bands and orchestras. Some of these bands have given Cheryl travel opportunities to various countries around Europe.

 

Cheryl plays alto primarily, but can also play soprano and tenor.
