The beer was in full flow this past weekend as the North Warwickshire DA decided that it didn't need to be October - or in Germany - for there to be a Bavarian Beer Festival, and after being blessed with the hottest early-May Bank Holiday since records began we have to agree with them!
We were booked on the Sunday evening to close the weekend and throughly enjoyed our set, with some great dancing and singing from the audience throughout. And, on it’s first outing, the Love Train successfully generated a people train moving around the dance floor!
Thank you to the NWDA for having us and for making us feel so welcome - Charlotte, our trombone player, even ended up camping overnight with the guests as she enjoyed it so much!
Next up for us this month is the Fox & Goose pub on Saturday 26th May in Birmingham. This gig is open to the public with tickets available on the door, so come on down and celebrate another Bank Holiday weekend with Madison Avenue UK. Fingers crossed for another scorcher...
